Extremely clean compressed air
The compressed air system in Werk 2 contains extra microfilters that can even remove solid particles up to 0.01 microns and dust particles up to one-thousandth of a millimetre making it cleaner than an operating theatre.
As extremely clean air is a fundamental condition for clean and sterile production, Moens Mouldings selected the best compressed air system they could find.

Extended service life of moulds
An added advantage of working with extremely clean compressed air is that all machines that use compressed air will not be contaminated, extending their service life.
The results of the new compressed air system in Werk 2 have proven so successful that Moens Mouldings immediately installed the same filter system in Werk 1.
