Under the direction of its own R&D department, the Moens Mouldings Group constantly develops new products and techniques. The Moens Mouldings Group is renowned for its pioneering solutions in the field of packaging as well as disposables. All production processes are centrally co-ordinated and monitored. The experience that makes the difference For over 30 years, the Moens Mouldings Group alerts packaging and marketing departments to new market opportunities, creative standard and customised solutions and profit-increasing opportunities that are incident to the injection moulding processes combined with IML techniques. We aim at the capacity to distinguish ourselves, efficiency and long-term relations. Facts and figures The Moens Mouldings Group has a total of 63 injection moulding machines and over 130 staff divided between two subsidiaries. A sense of pride is the common denominator - pride in our products, techniques and the way we inspire customers and help them to find the perfect answer to their packaging challenge. In total, the Moens Mouldings Group processes 6,000 tons of PP, PS, PE ABS and SAN each year. The sites Moens Mouldings B.V. is located in Beverwijk, right on the Dutch coast of the North Sea. This factory mainly produces consumer packaging. DS Plastics is situated in 's Heerenberg on the German border. DS Plastics produces and sells a wide range of disposables and rotables under its own name.
